About the protest
The Gilgit Baltistan\\\’s Government passed an act, Persons with Disablities, 2019, which states \\\’ The government shall reserve a quota of 03 % (three percent)
against the total sanctioned strength at various levels for the Persons with Disabilities
in the government departments, institutions, entities, and corporate entities
owned and managed by the government\\\’. Where is the reserved quota?
We have not been informed or asked to partake, and if there is a quota, it provides minimal opportunities to blind persons.
